When setting out on a project, it’s important to plan based on what is available to you at the moment of planning. Be realistic in your planning. Use statistics, previous experiences, time available, money available, human resources available, services currently available etc to organise your goals.

Then, when you are done planning and it’s time for execution, work by Faith: Trust God for divine acceleration and accomplishments greater than you had planned.

Don’t plan with the faith that what isn’t available will suddenly materialise. Just focus on what you have in your hands. Afterwards, commit everything into God’s hands and trust Him to make available what isn’t available.
