If you can turn your “I will” to “I am” for the next one week or one month, your entire life will take a dramatic turn in the positive.
Sometimes, what it takes to cure procrastination is to stop thinking or wishing, and just begin doing. Just ACT. And continue doing that overtime.
Instead of the future tense, let’s try the present continuous tense.
So, instead of “I will study”, let’s have, “I am studying.”
Instead of “I will go to the office” let’s have, “I am going to the office”
Instead of “I will call him/her,” let’s have, “I am calling him/her.”
Instead of “I will work out,” let’s do, “I am working out.”
“I will write the book,” to “I am writing the book.”
“I will exercise,” to “I am exercising.”
“I will change my lifestyle,” to “I am changing now.”
“I will pray,” to “I am praying.”
“I will read the Bible” to “I am reading the Bible.”
“I will invest,” to “I am investing.”
“I will rest,” to “I am resting.”
“I will start,” to “I’m on it.”
That’s all.
