Some unpleasant things happened to you, and instead of tackling them and leaving them there, you analysed them so much that they got woven into the fabric of your mind. The result is that since then you’ve continued to listen to your mind so much that you’re caught in this warped cycle of unhealthy thoughts.
You think of what people think and don’t think about you, and consequently act that way trying to please or displease them. You over-analyse what people mean when they talk and attach unfounded meanings to simple statements.
Suspicions rise in your mind at every turn, and you’ve become hypersensitive about things ordinarily you would let slide.
My dear, you’re living in your head and most of your thoughts and interpretations are nothing less than delusions. You better get out of your head before you drown in your own thoughts.
