Too many love songs, lots of love sermons, a sea of love novels, love films and symbols signifying love. But too little or no love within and without.
It is either we are all hypocrites who pretend to love but are pathological ‘haters,’ OR we haven’t understood what LOVE truly means, or Both.
LOVE is the most used but misconstrued word today. I just pray the Inventor of the word (God) speaks to every heart and grants true love to everyone.
John 3:16 – “ For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
Romans 5: 8 – “But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.”
